I need your help!
In short, we can’t decide what to name our new podcast. But it’s more than that…
This is a bit emotional, but I can’t say it any other way – my heart burns with desire to help Catholic young adults find and pursue God with all that they are. Part of my motivation has to do with a longing to see our nation and world set on fire with a revival of faith. Another aspect of my motivation is the sheer beauty of a young heart on fire for God. I also have children that are all young adults – I suspect the ache that I feel is related to their own faith journeys. Regardless I am excited that we are doing something about this desire and this is where I need your feedback. Before I share the details with you, as a thank you to you for helping us with your ideas, we will enter you into the drawing to win a pilgrimage to France with us this summer (along with other cool stuff listed below)!
The basic idea is to launch a podcast developed by young adults for young adults. We have done some focus group work to determine what young adults are interested in stories about the saints. This is great news because the saints lead us to God. They are men and women whose hearts were and are on fire, and they changed the world around them both while they were with us down here and now through their prayers in heaven! So where we need your help is in naming the podcast! BTW – here’s a rough drawing of a logo we like:
At this point we have come up with a list of names but we really wanted to get your feedback first. The only requirement is that you are over 18 so that if you win the drawing for the pilgrimage to France that you can actually go with us!
So here’s the deal. All you need to do is give us your personal info (so we can reach you if you win), and give us one to three names you like. Whether or not the name you suggest turns out to be the name of the podcast, we will still enter you in for the prizes below (I hate the “prize” thing but what else do we call it?). Also please pray for this effort. Our goal is to reach 100,000 people under thirty-five this year. This is a big goal, but if we can do that and draw them deeper into the beauty of our faith, we will have already begun to see our dream come true.
