It’s time to take the fight to the enemy. No amount of darkness is capable of withstanding the slightest flicker of light, much less the splendor of Christ alive in His saints. Enough defense, enough timidity – as our Lord said to St. Maria Faustina (Diary, 1643), The world is not as powerful as it seems to be!” Too often as a Church, we have been duped into cowering to the powers of darkness. No more. The time has come to take courage, to rise up, and be awakened.

Avila Summit 2019: Awake
Spiritual Warfare – Pushing Back the Darkness

July 12 – 14
Shrine of the Most Blessed Sacrament in Hanceville, AL.

The theme we have chosen for this year’s Summit is “Awake: Spiritual Warfare – Pushing Back the Darkness.” This Summit will feature invaluable presentations by Fr. Chad Ripperger, Fr. William Watson, Fr. Bonafice Hicks, Dr. Anthony Lilles, Paul McCusker, Kathleen Beckman, and myself.

Our first Summit was a major success. This was evidenced by the response of those who attended. Not only did we fill up completely, but over two-thirds of those in attendance pre-paid for a spot at the 2019 Summit. There are only 25 seats left for this year’s Summit. Will be one of the 25? Don’t miss out on this opportunity.

You can register now here.

The Summit is as intimate as it is powerful. Be ready to meet new friends, receive life-changing graces in prayer, and get plenty of facetime with all of our amazing speakers. And, if you have ever wanted to visit the Shrine of the Most Blessed Sacrament, founded by Mother Angelica, this is the ideal time.

Please also consider joining us for the Avila Summit Cocktail Hour Friday evening. Join Dr. Anthony Lilles, the Avila Summit Speakers, myself and the Avila Team for this exclusive event. Enjoy hardy Trappist beer, cocktails, hors-d’oeuvres, and dessert (many specialty items served support monasteries and convents) as well as time to converse in an intimate setting. All proceeds go toward the High Calling Program and other endeavors within the Avila Foundation.

The Avila Summit will fill up, and it will fill up VERY SOON. I don’t want you to miss it, so please claim your seat while you can.

You can visit today to register or get more information. You can also call 833-77-Avila (833-772-8542) x 3 or email If you are a priest or religious seeking to attend, please contact us directly as we do have a limited amount of scholarship assistance available for you if needed.

On behalf of all of our team and staff working hard for you every day, I look forward to seeing you and your family in person this coming July.

Unum est Necessarium,

Dan Burke
