Memorial Day: A Time for Commemoration and Celebration

This weekend, as we prepare to commemorate those who have given their lives for the sake of their country, let us pray in particular for the intercession of St. Michael the Archangel and St. Joan of Arc, the patron saints of soldiers, to aid those souls who have died for their country and the loved ones they have left behind.
