Amy Baumert

Amy Baumert is a Catholic convert, wife to her beloved Michael, and mother to 5 beautiful children on earth and 3 babies in heaven. She was raised in a loving, Evangelical home and from an early age was taught to love our Lord and the Holy Scriptures. Eventually that love for Jesus led her to His Holy Catholic Church. In the words of G.K. Chesterton, she is a woman “who with the utmost daring discovered what had been discovered before.”

Amy has a bachelor’s degree in music therapy and a master’s in family and human development, both from Arizona State University. She is the owner of Prodigal Bread, a cottage bakery specializing in local sourdough baking classes in Tempe, AZ. Amy is a levels 1 and 2 certified catechist in Catechesis of the Good Shepherd and loves to spend time with Jesus’ little sheep.
