Preparation for Death Series
This is a listing of meditations from the “Preparation for Death” series written by Saint Alphonsus M. Liguori, Doctor of the Church. They were originally published in 1758. That means they contains some dated references. Nevertheless, the teaching is sound. This series is a very sobering set of reflections geared toward conversion of heart and offered for Lenten contemplation. We warn you they are not for the faint of heart but will give you a lot to think about. Every consideration has three points to it. Each year, one point from each consideration is offered.
